"One of the problems often associated with advanced age is bladder control (FDA) related to enlarged prostrate or other causes.
For me that now (age 85) means frequent trips to the bathroom to urinate ...about every two hours day and night (more at night, less in day). I have tried everything including prostrate surgery (from age 40 plus). Over time, however, TURP (as an example) can be less effective. I have also tried laser surgery. Same thing happens. Then, a combo of medications such as Flomax and Avodart. So rather than visiting a Urologist once again, I have been experimenting with all kinds of supplements. Tried Cranberry juice in copious amounts with little success. But...I finally tried this Cranberry Mannose combo from NOW, and it's like a miracle. Besides preventing UTI, it helps control the bladder. So, most importantly four hours between bathroom visits at night rather than two hours. That's as good as it gets and I'll settle for it rather than another PSA test, biopsy (ouch), prostrate cancer reading (90 percent of men have prostrate cancer by age 85), etc. Most likely I'll die of a heart event rather than prostrate cancer, especially since I have already outlived two previous urologists.
So...yes. I totally recommend NOW and the Cranberry Mannose capsules."
