"First of all, this is not the smallest or the easiest pill to swallow but it works well. I only tried for the past 2 weeks or so and I definitely feel the difference. I have tried at least 2 dozen difference dietary supplements and this is one of the better working ones and the price point is fair. There is no magical pill out there and as long as one recognize that, I think this would help anyone who wish to shed few pounds. Overall, I recommend this to try."
