My doctor recommended that I add Turmeric to my natural remedies to help with inflammation. It is recommended to take 3 times a day which I did for the first week or so. I went visiting friends for a few days and forgot to add my bottle of Turmeric in my bag. After not taking it for a couple of days, I noticed a difference in my pain level! It is obviously working! When I discussed this with my pharmacist and was overheard by the ladies at the counter-two of the ladies jumped in telling me that they take it daily and they too notice when they miss a day! I didn't know this was such a popular recommendation but I am so happy to be taking less pain pills over inflammation caused pain for a chronic condition! I won't be without it ever again! "This is a great product and a great seller. I have been using the product for several months with good results. This product has 95% curcuminoids as well as including BioPerin in it. The BioPeride enables your body to absorb the curcumin. I have Lyme disease and have found significant joint improvement in my hands and feet.
