Anti-inflammatory properties seem to actually work.
"I can't really confirm if this product is effective with the other benefits it's supposed to provide but, after two different periods of taking it daily with Osteo Bi-Flex, it seems to work quite well in reducing knee pain. Climbing stairs and other motions is a lot more comfortable when I'm taking both. A two month period where I ran out of the garlic and delayed ordering more saw some pain creeping back in.
