"I bought these because I had terrible bloating after surviving a brief tummy bug. A tad dramatic, I know. While the probiotics didn't stop the bloating, I think it was still effective as part of a larger strategy to address the root of the bloating (which was due to multiple factors including candida overgrowth).

Right after the stomach bug, I knew I needed to repopulate my gut with good flora, so I'd like to believe that this product did the trick. Then I started eating very carefully and lived on Greek yoghurt and veggies for a few days. I'm battling a carb and sugar addiction, so I did sneak in some of those and know that probiotics alone won't help.

My relief came when something divine told me to have a cup of licorice tea despite it being in the 90s where I live. I did that and then felt like I needed to pop a clove of garlic and chase it with a large chlorophyll-filled drink. That was it! That's when the bloating stopped.

I had hoped that the probiotics would be all I needed to stop the bloating but perhaps I had very high expectations. I suspect I need a total detox (parasite, candida, heavy metal, cortisol/stress, etc.) which can't be achieved with even the best pro- and prebiotics. So, while this product didn't stop the bloating immediately or on its own, I think it's just one necessary key of many needed to unlock my gut and overall health. Hence, the 4 stars instead of 5."
