"October 24, 2018 is when I began taking this supplement. I have a doctor's appointment in a few weeks, so we'll see if it has helped my liver enzymes at all. I was surprised to see my complexion has cleared up, though, as another reviewer mentioned. I did not realize that was a benefit of milk thistle, but my skin cleared up in about a week. Previously, I'd had ongoing little whiteheads caused by my Biotin pills. They've been there for 2 months already, so the fact that my skin cleared up a week after taking this supplement indicates to me that it's working.

I'm also giving a 5-star review based on the fact that the customer service is excellent. I ordered this and their Intestine Pro pills the same day. Both came with a coupon for a free bottle of each product (only one bottle per product per customer). I got both my free botttles of Intestine Pro and Milk Thistle within a couple days of submitting my claim. The company also sent additional info through Amazon via email and responded quickly to my email replies.

I'm glad I discovered this company during their product launch phase. I got some great deals and now I have a new company that I trust.
