"I never write reviews for products. I’m so used to being unsure of if a supplement works or not. I promise you that these certainly worked for me though! I’ve had brain fog for about a year, haven’t been sleeping as well as I used to, and I stopped remembering my dreams about a year ago. Since taking these my Brian fog is gone, I sleep much better, and I remember my dreams again! Such a great products! Wish I started taking magnesium sooner.
Also!! If you don’t want to buy this, I think that normal magnesium would probs work just as well for you. I honestly don’t know how much better this type of magnesium is or not. I just know that it worked for me! :D"

"This will probably sound like an MLM speil but I promise you I could NEVER partake in one. We’ve all seen LuLaRich by now. Anyway-
Not a lot of supplements have done anything to change my life/health in the ways they claim they’re supposed to. But I bought this after ending up on Magnesium deficiency TikTok for a few days. Ummm. Listen to them!! I’ve had to take something almost every night for the last 4 years to help me go to sleep. The first day I was able to take the full dosage (2 in the AM, 2 in the PM) I feel asleep so much faster than I have in so long. And I haven’t had to take any sleep aids since purchasing about 2 weeks ago. Getting better sleep helps throughout the day. I actually have the consistent motivation to do chores I always put off until they becoming overwhelmingly crippling. Completely shocked it worked because I had low expectations going in. Definitely came through! They wash down okay. They do become pretty sticky really quick so you’ve definitely gotta be swift about it. But they’re odorless and flavorless which helps! Love it"

"Basically one company has the patent to Magnesiume Threonate (Magtein) and most products will provide the same elemental amount at 144 per serving. In this case, you get 144 for 4 caps. At 100 caps, you get 25 servings in this bottle. A lot of other brands on Amazon have the same amount in 3 caps per serving but the bottle has 90 pills. Despite there being less pills, you get 30 servings instead of 25. All for $25-$30. Shoot for a $1 or under per serving."
