"I’ve never been a morning person in my life. I got a sleep test done and they said I have a hyperactive nervous system. My naturopath recommended trying kava. I take two of these an hour before bed and I’ve been waking up at 7am everyday without an alarm. This is crazy to me! Normally I wake up at 9am WITH an alarm (I work remote).
