Deeper sleep and more vivid dreams
"I've taken a couple different Ashwagandha products over the past year. The first one I took I thought I was imagining having more vivid dreams, I've been switching products to get a blend of other ingredients that I was while taking less capsules at night. I switched to this product just over a week ago for the turmeric and black pepper combo, but also within days I was sleeping like a log and having more vivid dreams. I've seen some comments on folks having nightmares, maybe it's just the state of mind they're in currently. For me it's fun, as a person who rarely dreams, let alone remembers them, I enjoy the deep sleep and seeing what's on my mind :-) I will order again."
I'm so chill......
"No clue why or how I'm supposed to rate thickness - why is that listed as a category?!?!?! But let me tell you what I think of this product.
Never heard of ashwaganda until I went looking for a natural mood stabilizer. Not a fan of chemicals regardless who prescribes them. I mean doctors peddle whatever product puts the most green in their pockets. (I completely understand Britons shock and/or disdain at seeing pharmaceutical companies hocking their wares direct to the patients - that is Grade A mess for sure!) Anyway, stepping down from my soapbox.... I've been taking this supplement for just a few days, and today it was tested. I was trying to log into an online class - something I do infrequently. Of course the link decided to give me errors - 15 minutes before class is supposed to start. Normally, when something doesn't work like it should, my stress level rises and my mood changes for the worse. Today, I stayed chill. Weird... I actually prepared for the changes I expected - increased blood pressure and bad mood. It just didn't happen! In fact, my first thought when the link failed to load was, "meh" - which is so not me. I am a control freak. Something doesn't go as planned, I'm totally derailed. So the fact that I didn't even shed a sweater totally surprises me! Maybe it really is true about the benefits of ashwaganda...
Full disclosure, I started three new supplements a few days ago. The other two supplements don't make the same claims as ashwaganda. In fact, I don't recall why I decided to start the other supplements... Hmmm..... Anyway, one thing to consider before you decide to try this product is if it will affect any maintenance meds you might be taking. I don't take meds, so that wasn't an issue for me. But ashwaganda obviously affects blood pressure - it kept my pressure steady during an otherwise stressful time. So keep that in mind.
Value for money - I got a coupon so I paid ~$20.00 for a six-month supply. I think that's awesome value for money.
Sleep quality - two straight nights of solid sleep and counting....
Thickness - still don't understand this category....

Life Changer
"Let me start off by saying that I was not paid to write this review. I'm a 28-year old female and I've been taking this stuff for three months and have noticed a BIG change in my sleep quality. I stay put asleep, no longer waking up randomly and feeling stressed throughout the day because my sleep was interrupted. Because of that, I feel my energy has returned and I no longer feel tired by 5pm. There haven't been any negative side effects at all. So far everything has been pleasant.
I take one a day in the morning after eating breakfast, around 9am."
