"I almost passed over these because I was unfamiliar with the company that makes them, but the vitamin brand that I normally purchase doesn’t carry this particular supplement so I decided to give it a try. I had read several studies about the many ways that Cayenne Pepper is good for your body, (most notably that it helps treat heartburn). I started taking it as soon it arrived and I am very happy with how well it’s working for me. A word of caution: it’s really important to follow the instructions printed on the back of the bottle about taking it with at least 8 ounces of water. I found out the hard way what happens when you don’t, and believe me I won’t make that mistake again! About an hour after taking one of the capsules with my iced tea I could literally feel the burning hot pepper all through my throat and stomach and even though I immediately started drinking water I kept feeling a not so pleasant hot feeling for at least an hour or so. It wasn’t anything serious, just uncomfortable, so now I make sure that I take it with a full glass of water and it hasn’t happened again.
Overall I am very pleased with this supplement and I am about to order a bottle for my mom and my grandma."
