"Do not let the first taste fool you!! At first try, I thought it was soooooo gross. Almost tasted like antibiotics medicine I had to take as a kid when I was sick. HOWEVER… the third time I tried it i actually started to really like the taste. It was sweet and tangy, almost like a candy. In fact I found myself wanting to eat another one because it was so good (obviously I didn’t though). I haven’t noticed a real difference in my skin or hair (that’s why 4 stars), but my nails definitely seem stronger. I also haven’t been taking it for very long either. I’m down to my last two of the first pack (they give three packs with a decent amount in each). My nails used to be very thin and bendable but now it takes a lot of pressure to actually bend them. Not sure if it’s directly related, but I’m going to keep telling myself it is! I also noticed that for some reason I sleep better? I wake up not as completely exhausted as before. If you’re thinking about buying it I suggest trying it out."

"Some of the reviews said it tasted good, but personally I hate the taste. A lot of water makes it taste even more horrible, so just stir it in a small amount. If a small amount of water is used the taste of it goes away faster. My cousin tried it and also hated the taste. I take it in the night and when I wake up I feel energized. I mostly got it to clear up my skin a little, but it didn’t do much so now I just use it to feel better. Drank it while sick and felt better the next morning. First time I tried it I threw up a bit."
