"I've been using Super Berberine for 3 weeks. Although I practice OMAD fasting I was not extremely strict on my diet when I did eat. I have noticed my shirts fitting looser in my chest and arms which I normally fill out an x-large. So, there is research indicating muscle loss while taking berberine. Supposedly this can be offset by resistance training which I'm doing but I am still seeing a reduction as if I was on a heavy cut. However my energy levels have increased and instead of dragging myself to workout I actually look forward to it again and can complete my routine. I would recommend to at least try the glucovantage version because it's one time a day dosage and I haven't had any intestinal side effects. Also unlike some other supplements that you think might be working you can really see and tell the difference with this stuff. I plan on taking this for 3 months. Research indicates it is safe to take up to 2 years."
