I could move freely when bending, kneeling, crouching, or getting up from lying flat on my back with little pain or effort. I did not renew my subscription because the product worked so well, I did not think to reorder it after I ran out. However, within a month or two, I noted a return of my morning stiffness and decided to reorder the product. "I like that these gummy’s are flavorful and they have what I want. My only thing is that they are way too sticky and should be a bit more dry as it make it very hard to get them out of the bottle and they clump together. It’s that little thing otherwise the product would get that additional star."
