"I bought this product to take care of some feminine health issues. Per the directions, I took 2 capsules a day. I did one in the morning and 1 at night before bed. It didnt specify if I was suppose to take them together or not. I took them for a few days and didnt really notice any changes, but I did notice it brought on some stomach issues. I had a period of really bad cramping. I stopped taking them because I didnt want to deal with it. I did do some research and discovered that taking a probiotic can cause some stomach discomfort, but it should eventually go away. So, if you are experiencing any discomfort, maybe stick it out a few more days and see if it goes away. I am planning on starting back up again to see if I can get past that discomfort. I didnt have any issues with swallowing the pills, and there was not an after taste. I posted a photo with the capsule next to a quarter. Out of curiosity I also poured out the contents of the capsule, which kind of surprised me with the amount that’s in it. The powder does have a bit of a scent, nothing off putting. The capsules are very easy to pill apart, so make sure you keep them away from children. I will definitely be trying these out again, and I will come back with an updated review."

"The verdict is still pending on this for me. Gonna go 1 more month, even though I haven’t been taking the pills every day. However when I peep every ounce comes out! That’s a huge difference to me. I don’t know if it’s me but the pills have no taste. That’s good. Concerned though that it came with no expiration date either on the bottle or the box."
