"I ordered these when I was having trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I was skeptical about it working and there weren’t enough reviews SPECIFIC to the sleep ones. The gummies are soft and easy to chew and actually taste pretty good! It takes about 30min to work but you immediately start feeling drowsy. I slept the whole night without waking up and that’s saying a lot because my dog sleeps next to me and moves around a lot at night. I even gave some of these to my mom and my friend who were visiting and were jetlagged and they also said it helped them sleep. Unlike other sleep aids, you don’t wake up feeling drowsy or tired the next morning.
The one downside is that you get vivid dreams. I already am prone to this so I didn’t really feel a difference but both my mom and my friends who tried it claimed they had vivid nightmares.
Overall, I recommend this product and will be buying it again"
