"I've tried a few different shilajit brands over the years and experienced results that were far from what everyone claimed to receive. Initially sort of balked at the price of this but after the research I did figured I'd give it one more shot and let me tell ya this stuff is the real deal. Within the first two days I noticed a marked increase in like...vitality. I realize that's a subjective feeing but it was really noticeable and it wasn't energy in the sense of like caffeine or other stimulants but just felt more...lucid and aware but not in a forceful sort of way.

Been mixing it into warm water or tea and adding a little raw honey and it goes down real smooth that way.

"A podcaster I follow talked about using Shilajit as a detoxifying supplement. I did some research and found this Blisque – Pure Himalayan Shilajit Resin. It came with enough to last months, which is amazing. I really enjoy it so far, I want to replace all my coffee/hot chocolate drinks with this Shilajit mixed with fruit juice. I always lower the sugars in my diet, and I feel more energy as if I'm drinking coffee & suger. I have used it with distilled water, but I prefer juice like pineapple or mango juice to mask the strong flavor of Shilajit which is new to me. The Shilajit dissolves very quickly in liquid showing quality. For the price this supplement must be taking as consistently and with a good clean diet to get all the positive effects. Don't expect this supplement to do all the hard work solo. This Shilajit feels like I added another weapon, to clean out my system with more positive side-effects such as even lesser bloading making me feel lighter & quicker. I definitely recommend this as a detoxifying supplement, because I feel it helps break down proteins in my diet. Definitely will use this all holiday season to keep my system strong from illnesses.
