"I take these everyday. They are easy to swallow but you will burp up oregano at some point in your day. There are 300 gel caps in this pack, so it is quite a good deal. I've been taking them for a month so I really can't say if they are helping me or not yet but I feel better. They also have black seed oil in them which has a million benefits. I highly recommend this brand. I take other supplements from this brand and they are all good."
