I really like this supplement a lot, it's a very good combination for me. It does seem to help me feel relaxed (in my pressure cooker life). The milligrams stated in the listing header (which is above my review), are incorrect. For example, 2 capsules contain 600 mg of St John's Wort, not 6000 mg. Check the actual bottle photo of the ingredients in the listing. The photo matches my bottle, and is correct in the milligrams it lists.

Holy Basil is not common in herbal supplements, and I really like the addition of it in this one. It's a favorite herb of mine, yet it's sort of hard to come by in most supplements. I feel the amounts of the herbs, as listed in the ingredients, are quite adequate to be useful, and balanced, too

My bottle cap is cello wrapped, and has an inner safety seal. No one is going to tamper with this, trust me, I could barely get the seal off! The best by date is 11/30 2025, so it is shelf stable for a good amount of time.
